The most recent I used was KTM Best from Telenepal (www.telenepal.com). It worked when everything else was failing.

i am also tired of calling card. i bought from itel.com but it couldn't connected & i lost my $10 dollar. recently i have bought from sdi.com and tring to call since 3 days but doesn't work and lossing money. so, do not buy card from these websites.
