According to mero sansar, 18 high level security officials from Nepal have been denied entry to USA. They were going there with their wives. Asshole bloody criminal Madhav Thapa was also among them.

एकजना त छिरेछ। आन्दोलन तात्यो, जनताका छोराको छातिमा लात हाने। पछि जनताको हातको लात् खान पर्ला भनेर भाग्न लाग्या होलान् नि!

Gautam B,

That might be true but i also i think its not right to say SSP Madhav a criminal "They were going there with their wives. Asshole bloody criminal Madhav", Well, for me i think he is not criminal (i might be wrong) cuz he is just doing his job, and we dont know if he is enjoying this or he is just following his orders.. that still in vain. In this case Criminal is head of State, commander in Chief not Madhav Thapa(my one cents)

For instance, US troops are killing CIVILIANs in iraq, but i dont think they are criminals rather they are doing their jobs or following orders, the criminal is Commander In Chief.

Jai Nepal,

Happy New Year 2063.

. the SSP has the bear some culpability. war crime tribunals prosecute not just the biggest commander but lower level commanders as well.

This from Kantipuronline:

Dr Brian Cobb, an American doctor who was asked by the government to leave the country, took a 12:00 o'clock flight out, said Pradip Thapa of Ashoka Hotel where the doctor was staying since April 5. According to The New York Times, police on Wednesday detained for six hours, under circumstances that remain a mystery, Dr Cobb, who could be seen treating the injured by setting up makeshift facilities over the past week. On Tuesday, Dr Cobb had accused senior police officer Madhav Thapa of beating him along with many others and "gouging out one man's eye with the end of a lathi".

If this is true, and I am leaning towards believing Dr. Cobb's first-hand account, this kukkur of a Madhav Thapa IS a criminal.
