I am not sure if you can find someone to share the apartment right away but I heard there are a decent number of Nepalese in Hartford. Once you have settled, you might be able to find someone.
Visit: www.apartments.com and search for details. Rent is not that expensive. Around 7-800 for 1 bedroom I guess.
