Atomic: You are after Narayan Shrestha.
He is from Khandbari, SankhuwaSava District. Used to work for RNAC. He is very sharp and crooked businessman ( as heard) He started his business in opening Nepali Restaurant in Colorado. Brought many peoples from Nepal to work in his restaurants. Took advantages but provided green card most of them. Every one has good side and bad side. We only focus on bad side.
He helped those with green card , may not be able to see USA, isn't admissible as good side about him??
Atomic: Provide us about his positive side too.

Yeah, Charging a lot of money from poor nepalese to bring them to united states, but basically as bonded labor to work for him in his restaurants, without ever paying them. and asking them for more money while sponsoring green card. Dherai ko paisa khayo, ani kasai kasai ko Green card banaidiyo, tara uniharu lai green card k kaam, tyei restaurant bhanda bahira kaam garna chamata chaina. I've heard that he is involved in some 2 numbari kaam.

NayaSadak, Please try to understand that it's a crime by the law ,no matter how many people he's helped. Our people are coming to US left and right through F1 and DV, so to say that human trafficking is fine as long as it helps, is allowing such people to do more crimes. It's people like you who've tolerate such crimes and the never ending story of corruption back home. Yea, it help his family if he take bribes. His sons and daughter are thankful about it, does that justify his act? Even if this news is not true, somebody needs to report of his crime to the Denver Immigration and catch him red handed.

Isnt he an agent and has an organisation called ´´helping hands´´? As far as à know, he brings students from Nepal on F1 visa, takes money from them, does some contract with school and provides 50 percent scholarship to the students who came under him.But the students are supposed to pay 75 percent and give 25 percent to him, my frens were under this contract.

if he's really involved in a crime no matter how big or small it is, this guy narayan shrestha should be punished.
He should be punished here in US as well as in Nepal court whatever it is appropriate.
no one is above the law....

I am totally aware of his organization, "helping Hands" and as far as i know its not NGOs, however, helping hands is providing health care in less cost, and in some cases free of cost as well. What are you guys talking about he being involved in a crime, after all he is a businessman, and please nothing comes free in this world, may be he did charge people to bring them to the states, i am sure most of you who are here know very well the cost of coming to the states, the paper work, application fee and getting lawyeras well. Like i said before know the fact before you spit out and, its always the great one that people speak off, wheather good or bad. I am not trying to offend anyone here, and i know everyone in entitled to their own opinion but know the fact before u speak, and really if he has really committed a crime then i am sure the US authority would have already done something about it, I am sure they are aware of his action. I jus think those people who think he should be punished is just a "FOBs"

"after all he is a businessman, and please nothing comes free in this world"
Well business has its own ethics, i hope you know that right?? I am pretty sure we all have experienced selling goods in much higher price than the regular one when it is in short. That's not helping, that's taking advantage. I didn't meant to offend, just to make sure we are in the same page of understanding.

I did not say “Gentleman" but a crooked businessman. And I was not taking his side.
I am saying peoples in Nepal are smart, innocent and some are stupid, willing to pay any amount to be here in USA even selling their parents house (I would say his / her house). Some of them had made fortune.
He may be tapping those peoples and taken advantage in past and present. It has been his business and trying to bring more using the loop holes. In NEPAL business does not run with ETHICS, he practices the same there in USA. And wanted to know??? If you had heard any good about him?? Is that an ISSUE????

I was surprised to read all negative comments about Narayan Shrestha but I'm surprised no body care about his good works!!! I also heard about his bad habits and believe me I'm not taking his side. He already opened 4 medical clinics in different parts of Nepal mainly in poor villages which provides health care in very subsidized rates. I heard that he is going to open a new hospital as well as a Prasuti Ghar in Nepal in near future. He has a school in his village which is providing free boarding quality education to almost all students. I think, this will help us to understand and comment any people in future. Just think of ourselves as nobody is born with good qualities.

folks, why you all are after him? I have seen a lot crook Nepalis in States, who ran away from Nepal because they ripped off millions of rupees from other poor nepalis in the name of so called manpower comapany, some crook businessman who defaulted millions of rupees in the Nepali banks, a lot of relatives of crook politicians who made their way here using their dirty tricks... I guess you all probably know more... But they are here working hard as everybody. should we start talking trash about them here? i guess it is not good idea.
