Hi guys!
I have been approved H1-B for this year. I am with indian cunsultancy and not getting job for almost eight months. I told that cunsultancy to run my payroll but he is telling that its not good idea. It would create problem at the time when we go for stamping..could anyone share some ideas about it!

You have to pay the tax if they run the payroll..I am pretty sure that they are not going to pay for that.
Not a good idea.....

Nepali thitaji!
Thankx for your idea. If i run pay roll without doing job for two month and go for stamping either in Mexico, Canada, or Nepal, how difficult is that? Do i get stamping easily or.......

1. It won't create any problem when your employer runs your pay...............only problem will be you need to tell them that you will pay the Tax etc................it will be anywhere from $700 to $1200..........which you might be able to get back while filing Tax.....................run Pay for atleast 3 months
2. If your pay check nature is biweekly..........ie 2 checks/month then for 3 months you will have 6 pay checks so you should be fine in getting visa................but i would suggest you go for stamping only after having experience (or run pay check) for at least 6 months and 4-5 checks handy
