Hi guys,

I am really strapped for cash right now so I am willing to do anyone's programming homework. The languages I cover are C/C++ and Java. I would need some cash of course.

Thanks,
GarbageGigo

Hey जय नेपाल Bro,

Writing a C++ code is very simple; if you  are willing to spend 2-3 hours you should be able to complete it in no time. Also, there is plenty of help if you search in google.

You might pass the class and get good grades as well; but what if you go out and try to find a job and you need to know c++? If you are an IT major, then it's even worst.

That's one of a reason why I see so many people with all shorts of degree, certifications etc in resume; but when called for interview they don't really know anything...............and wonder why they didn't get that job.

Ahead_of_the_rest,
You absolutely right and great suggestions. If you google with C++ tutorial you will find so many free tutorials. Please practice or read the book. Make sure to read the book before you go to class even you don't understand. If you have time just read the book and finish within a week and when you go to class you will have clear picture what the instructor talking about.

Good Luck.
Please don't ask help form people like "GarbageGigo" because you have same potential to become more or smarter then the link "GarbageGigo" people. Please don't ruin your life with outside help. Probably you have tutor at school, or ask for colleague or instructor him/her self to finish you assignment.

My $0.02, please don't mind !!

Ahead_of_the_rest, if you think writing C++ code is simple, you don't know what you are talking about. Why was Java invented? Because C++ is a very complex language and it is very tough. Even I myself would prefer to write Java code rather than C++ because it gets harder to maintain and also Java code is easier to read, in my opinion.

But I am assuming you are talking only about the codes required for computer classes. But then again, have you looked at some of the assignments? I can send you a few assignments I have done and good luck getting them ready in 2-3 hours. It more like 4-5 hours and that is if you are already proficient in the language.

I agree that you can get help with Google and people should try and use Google before using other people's services but there are some people who don't have the time to Google stuff. Many code that you find on the internet won't work and you will have to correct the code yourself. But if you don't know what you are doing, how will you correct it?

Most of the people who ask for help aren't computer science majors. They are people with business majors who have taken just one class of programming. Most probably they will never ever need the programming again in their lives. They made a mistake and they want someone to help them out.

So guys, my suggestion would be don't listen to these people when they don't ask for help. Sure you can ask for my help and I am ever ready to help you out.

Thanks & Regards,

garbage,
your logic is also garbage. I don't know how you even understand C++. Just because you know C++ and you need money, you are willing to help others break the rules? For you it's a win-win situation. But if the person's prof finds out that he/she didn't do the homework on their own and cheated most likely they will get an 'F' on the course. We had a guy who copied CS labs and was later failed in the class. If you have graduated from college here in the states, you should know how seriously they take academic dishonesty.

The way I see it, there are 3 kinds of people when it comes to programming:
A: Those for whom programming comes naturally, around 5% of people in introductory CS classes.
B: Those who will never get programming no matter how many hours they spend. These people will hate programming to the very core after they take a CS class and vow to never make such a mistake. If you are one of those people then I would suggest you to drop the class.
C: Those who are in between, which are 90% of the people. For you programming will be rigorous, confusing at a lot of times but easy once you understand the fundamentals. You will spend hours learning, relearning some concepts and you will have to practice it until it clicks. I think most people in this category give up programming too early, thinking it is beyond their understanding. Most of them are discouraged by seeing the 5% who naturally learn the language.

Garbagegigo, it's no surprise you don't have a job. If I were you, I would be doing some open source projects to boost my resume. And, if you continue to follow these unethical pursuits, some day your garbage pointer will cause an stack overflow. Then someone will free your pointer and malloc however many bits it takes to dereference your address all the way to Nepal.

Yes, I am a C++ developer and I will confess that I fell under type C when I started.

Hey fortunefaded,

I can understand that you have a kind of personal vendetta against me now don't you? Well [Disallowed String for - bad word] you dude. I don't give a [Disallowed String for - bad word] what you say.

For all the other people who need help, just ignore people like him. I would daresay he is jealous of my success. It is easy to preach but hard to practice. If we would examine your life, I am very sure that you have made countless digressions from ethical behavior.

It is very easy to act high and mighty when you aren't the one needing help now isn't it?

I could go on but what's the point?

Let me sneak in to the conversation here. The programming concept is
identical no matter whether it is C++, Java, C#, python and so on. The
only difference is their syntax. If you are pretty good in logic or
Mathematics, then programming classes shouldn't be that hard. In order
to be proficient in programming languages, you need an adequate
practice.
Garbage, if you need extra bucks and you are really good
at C++, try www.liveperson.com. Many students go there seeking help in
their programming assignments. You can charge them according to the
level of difficulty of the assignment.
I don't recommend  students
to use such sites as it demeans their programming ability. Like
Ahead_of_the_rest said, you might end up with an A in the course but
during a job interview your A won't keep any meaning unless you solve
the assigned problems. It takes time to grasp the programming concept,
but if you try harder you will get it eventually.

Happy coding!

I second hellCoder++ (had to join in the conversation as well).

Its such a same, when I see people posting the whole question, expecting someone here in sajha to post the whole solution. We have this nepali student Mentality of passing exams, assignments by hook or crook. But like someone else said above they do take academic dis-honesty things seriously here. If you want to pass your intro to Programming classes by cheating then computers/programming is not the right field for you.

In GG's defence:
If there is a service that helps with their homework ( or gets the whole homework done) then its up to the students to utilize/exploit/misuse such resource. Its upto them to ask and question the ethics of thir motives. I don't Blame GG for his service.

Its quite common for students in Nepal to go to tuition centers, get helps with their homework. Their tuition teachers will do most of the work. Isn't it the same thing?

P.S I'm a programming noob, with no job experience, and my intend was not to offend anyone.

edit: some typos

Thanks hellcoder for the site link. I also use craigslist and help some students through that as well. You wouldn't believe how many students take up just one course of programming and regret it. You can't tell them to drop it like FF said, why should they? Why waste a lot of hard-earned money and a lot of your time, if you can get it done for you. You aren't gonna use it anyway.

And guys thanks for the support :)
