watch your words you fool. a person is not chor-fataha by his/her caste or race; it's because of human nature and greed. you can't call the whole bahun caste chot-fataha just because of some idiots like these. if you search for examples like this, i bet you'll find some in every caste and btw, a karki is chhetri not bahun.

 i am a bahun. and when you generalize so much it definitely feels bad. i've never been or acted proud of being a bahun and have never demeaned any other caste/race. but when stupids like you talk $hit about a whole caste/race, it hits me. now, as I said karki is not bahun; he is chhetri. that doesn't mean that all chhetris are corrupt. regardless which caste you dishonor, my response is goingto be the same. i'm not arguing with you just because i am a bahun; but because you are wrong. there are madhesis, janajaatis as well as all mongolians who are corrupt like karki or maybe even worse. that doesn't mean the whole caste those few people belong to is bad.

The difference between Finance in Nepal and Finance how it operates in America is simple:

In America if someone you have loaned money to does not pay, you simply lower their credit rating. Then you send collection agencies after them to harass them on their cellphone day and night.

In Nepal, there is no system of credit rating. So when people default on loans, the only way to retrieve the money is to send guys like Nas and the Bokas to retrieve the money through violence. There is a huge flourishing industry of such gangsters in Nepal.

In America, the system is very strong. Your social security number and your credit rating will chase you where ever you go in the nation. Your low score in your credit rating will haunt you no matter where you try to run and hide. This forces most of the population to be good. 

So basically in America, the system is strong an will slap you if you default on a loan. In Nepal, a stick will slap you when you default on the loan.

So at the bottom of America and the bottom of Nepal this is how order is maintained in the world of Finance.

Unfortunately, at the top of both America and Nepal, there will continue to be Bernie Madoffs, Raja Rajaratnams (in America) and Pawan Kumar Karki and Jeet Bahadur Shrestha (in Nepal).

Guys like these are 'Bank Eaters.' And squashing these son-of-a-beaches requires a whole other strategy. Us here in sajha should come up with a very creative strategy in dealing with these son-of-a-beaches.

I'm not a racist but have to admit, the whole country has been ruled by bahuns for ages..
their attitude is suppresive and ain't you aware of 'chuwa-chut pratha'.  That bullshit segregative social structure set by these so called higher cast, what do you think about that when one human treats another human like worst than animal.
I hate my cast, I overall hate all my b-a-0hun rituals.. I totally discard them, I take no offence when someone like diggy write stuffs like that. Doesn't even hurt a bit, because that's what we are . We are effing stupid and morons.

 bittertruth, while i agree with what you are saying about so called higher class/caste people discriminating against and suppressing lower class people, i'd like to draw your attention to what i'm talking about - corruption, business frauds, etc. all i'm saying that corrupts and frauds are in all castes and it's wrong to point finger at one particular caste because of few corrupt people in that caste. you are diverting the subject my friend. a corrupt is corrupt by his/her deeds, not because of his caste; the only caste a corrupt belongs to is that of capitalist. 

since you brought up the topic about caste discrimination, i want to make some things clear. from what i've learned, caste system was started by some malla king back in days which started segregation of people in different classes. that gave advantage to the then 'higher class' people which kept on passing through generations till date. how long will it last? who knows? if everyone denies caste system, believes that every caste is equal, and acts accordingly, it'll last no longer. but it's not going to end so soon. why? we are too busy pointing fingers at each other and saying how one caste is bad than others. we ourselves are helping keep this difference between the castes. i guess you can scroll up to see diggy's post for a quick evidence of that. as for me, i don't believe in caste system, neither do i discriminate anyone based on his/her caste. my ancestors might have opressed other castes, but i don't and neither will i take the blame for what they did back in the days. 

if you still think that being a bahun or chhetri makes me or anyone else from bahun or chhetri descent automatically bad, all I can say is भगवान तिम्लाई सद्बुध्धि दिऊन!

god damn it. this news is here over and over and always by the same people. I am really bored reading the same news thousand time. Looks like you are doing it for a personal matter than anything else. If you want something to happen then go to court and other places, than writing the same article thousand time. Let the court decide it . Firstly, I really thought this guy need to be punished but by putting this thing here so many time where as there are so many other corrupt things happening in nepal, looks like he is being demonize for a particular reason. If it is your personal matter, be strong and take it to the right place. Now i feel pitty for this guy, may be your guys are setting it up for a particular reason. I am not saying he is a rightful person but if you want to take action then do it in a right way. This is just a coward way.
