Yeah baby, this is what we all wanted to see. Lakers up 2-1. and they have to go up 3-1 in the next home game. what a 2nd half exp 4th quarter. ball movements was good and there was good finish in every possessions. who had ever expected kobe to be averaging less than 30 in the post season and go up 2-1 against filthy #2 suns. who had ever expected all starters to be in double-figure in 2nd time in a row in the post-season? ironically, this has happened only 3 times in the regular season.do you guys know that lakers won 11 of their last 15 games in the regular season to grab the #7 for the playoffs. in this series, kobe has proved why he is the real mvp. he is not just the scoring machine, rather he is more than that, he is a playmaker for this young lakers team. what a performance by walton and parker tonite. better give mvp award to kobe, not to nash. go lakers!! go kobe....!!!

dang delicate.. you are very delicate indeed.. i used to be Kobe fan up untill this year when there were faxes commin out of him bein this, him bein that... sayin this and that and all that.. makes me not wanna see him succeed... I haven't said he's a bad player... maybe i don't like him anymore cause he's just that good... but anyways... i just didn't want LA to go to the 2nd round this year. suns had such a wonderful regular season and i just didn't think they deserve to go down like that... and people have been talkin so much about kobe and how he can score 81 points on any given day.... you let one guy shoot every ball during 48 minutes i dont' see how u can't score that much... i just thought it wasn't played that way... i am not suns fan either.. i just like them better than lakers... i m from Baltimore, i have to root for Baltimore Bullets(the wizards).. thats series is freakin awesome now.. very nail biting indeed.. oh and by the way.. no i didn't go fishing during the game delicate... i went fishing on sunday morning... caught some bass and some white perch... good stuffs dude... good luck on game 7 and no need to stress out... but i do feel your pain.

With three starters down--Amare Stoudamire, Kurt Thomas, and Raja Bell--Suns really proved that they play as a team, not a one-man show. I wish Amare was there to kick some ass. Too bad, he won't be coming this season. If not this year, Sun's gonna take at least one NBA title in the next three years.

Ma Chameli, I am not talking about his personal attitude with phil and shaq that SR brought up in this thread. ofcourse, attitude in the court goes with the greatness of that player. SR, let's see in game 7 and i don't need to stress out because i always focused on one point that the kobe is the best player right now in the NBA. so i don't need to feel pain if lakers lose on game 7. kobe has always proved that he is the best player in every game. this is where i was stressing. and it doesn't mean that suns had wonderful season, they are to deserve to go into the 2nd round. they are already stressing out with lakers and having hard time with lakers. guest4, now it seems like you have jumped out from nowhere. you have things to talk about suns right now, hih!! where were you before when the suns were down 1-3? go lakers!! go kobe..!!

haha..This is hilarious!!! All of a sudden, lots of Lakers n Kobe haters decided to get out of the closet!!! IT was a great game. Lakers had a chance to close it out but Tim Thomas saved them big time. Great game played by both teams.. The only thing i m concerned right now is if lakers can limit their TO's in game 7. I hope they do. This excites me... on satuday evening, BBQ..beer and the game 7 ..whatelse i rather be doin? I still believe Lakers can pull this thing . As long as they limit their turnovers n play a little better defense than in game 6, i see them advancing to 2nd round. Smush Parker needs to come alive in game 7..he has been quite n lost in game 5 and 6. He needs to help out so as other role players. Still Returns...i think u r not old enough to judge things by urself. U said," i used to be Kobe fan up untill this year when there were faxes commin out of him bein this, him bein that... sayin this and that and all that.. makes me not wanna see him succeed." u believe in whatever u hear ? Bro...NBA is a Soap Opera...think twice before u make a judgement. i m sure u have a lil thing called BRAIN...try to use it ... Still Returns....i also think u r not familiar with the game of basketball... Kobe didnt had ball in his hand for 48 mins..he wasnt in the practice gym!!!. He was in a real game where there were Opponents called Toronto Rapters and there were 10 players on the floor and Lakers were down 19 points when kobe decided to take over ..not only he scored 81..he also got W for his team!!! According to u, if he had ball for 48 mins, score could have been 81-0... ;-P Thats all for now ..enjoy the game!!! GO LAKERS...

delicate, I am no Kobe hater, but I am not his fan either. Undoubtedly he is one of the best players right now, but that doesn't make him all that great, at least from my perspective. And, you can't argue that's not right. This is what I personally feel. Don't act like kids now! You sing the song of glory on how great your Kobe is, but when some, people who don't think the same as you do about your great player, come and support the other team, you feel threatened and give some unwarranted responses. I have as much priviledge to not to post on this forum as much as I have to post here. No matters what happens in this series or even in this season, I see a good prospect of Suns in the next few years. When Amare comes back next season, hopefully he will, he will come up with the the strenth and energy to energize this already dynamic team.

delicate have your own blog where you can chit chat about KOBE n his greatness ;) what happened to all the lakers fans? I see more kobe's fans here... I was expecting to see you Lakers fans taking cheap shots at Kobe..... if i were Lakers fans I will blame kobe for last nite loss to SUNS :=) dude knew he scored 50+ earlier this season and didn't get the win..... Dude should have passed the ball to Brown and Odom since they were hitting the baskets... I hope Lakers stick to this plan so I get to see CLIPS and SUNS :=) they will much more exciting to watch :p Wots ZEN MASTER cooking??? The formula to beat the SUNS is slow down the tempo... I dunno why this idiot gets paid $10 mil a year..... Does Dr. Jerry really think he need to pay that kinda money to a guy to sleep with his daughter??? Time to hear Vick "the break" Jacobs, The Biggest Lakers Apologist, take on last nite game :)

Alrite....All Kobe Bashers....and Anti-Lakers...Chill out man.... Suns got lucky and the 3-pointer went in and they kicked us (Lakers) in the @ss in OT...so what...I guess you are forgetting the most important point here.....Lakers were not supposed to be in the Play-offs, much beating the Suns....No one, I mean absolutely no one gave them a chance to make the playoffs....and see where they are now.......ESPN predicted Suns will be in the Western Conference Finals again this year...with or without Amare....So, 2nd seed Vs 7th seed.....and Lakers have a legitimate chance to advance.....I know ...you all anti-Lakers gonna will say, no way in Hell....on the road....But, I say, If Lakers beat them once, they can beat them at their Gym once again..... I can see why you all don't like Kobe and all that....Everyone envies a successful person...becoz...admit it, he is the best, the smartest than all of us combined...so, its ok to envy....Its another think to just flat-out hate a person...Hate the sport, not the player guys !! I know last nite, Kobe had 7 turn-overs...3 in key final 3 mins of the game....He did take quality shots though....shooting 65% is way above NBA average....One thing I didn't like was only 14 shots for Lamar Odom and 9 shots for Kwame....Ok, I hate to say it,,,but Kobe tried a little too harder yesterday...Lamar should take 20 shots tomorrow, and Kwame 15-18 shots...provided neither of them are in Foul trouble...Lakers missed a golden opportunity....but..they learn from their mistakes, and get inspired for the next game !! It will be a thriller tomorrow....I won't predict a Laker Victory, but we can do it !!

wow...more lakers haters/kobe haters... Ax bro..now u r talkin huh! u didnt had gut to say all that before last night :-P Ok...here is the fact about last night game.. First of all, I am not Blaming Kobe for last night game cause he is the only reason why game was so close and he almost had W for them. In the fourth Quarter, when it really matters, nobody from the lakers stepped up and try to shoot..they kept passing ball to Kobe. Kobe made most of those shots. The main reason they lost last night was cause of their Defense. They couldnt close out on Nash and Diaw and couple of times Suns were shooting wide open 3s.. Ax bro..do u really watch the game or just the highlights? i m sure if u had seen the game,u would know what i m talkin bout>>>> For ur information KObe not only had 50 points but he also grabbed 8 rebounds,5 assists and 3 steals. Please! dont even try to convince me that Kobe didnt try !!! Lakers is a very young team and experience is what its lacking in these close games..but watch them grow up infront of ur very own eyes...just keep watching..thats all i have to say...No matter how they end this season, I am very proud of my young lakers.. All lakers haters bet that lakers wont be making playoffs, they r proven wrong....nobody thought we had a chance to win against Phoenix, they r proven wrong ..not only that Lakers gave the best fight to the Suns...by far, the ratings shows that Lakers-Suns series is the most exciting series in the first round! all u lakers haters...enjoy while u all can...cause Lakers will bring a whole lots of championship in Kobe Bryant ERA!!! mark my word!!!

I second that thought Aakash !! Lakers and Kobe got enough fans man...don't worry about AX, unit, Guest4...or whoever....We love Lakers, not only when they win championships, but even when they don't make the play-offs.....And, just about now...the future is looking much brighter.....Agree 100% with Aakash !!

I like that Aakash !! Like I said before, Lamar Odom should punish Marion tomorrow...and Kwame should punish Diaw and whoever they throw at him... Once they start double teaming either of them, then Kobe can move around...or Luke Walton, Devon George can knock down some 3 pointers.....We need to play like Game 2....slow the game down...make Suns score in half-court offense....and punish them on defense..... Score 99-94 ( I like ur 5 point victory ke) PS: Lakers scored 99 points in all 3 victories...so, why not 99 tomorrow as well !!

Ironically, I would want to see Kobe scoring more than 40 points so that the Suns vicotry will be guaranteed. Go Kobe (big fan of kobe :-P) Go Suns!!

Kobe is a good player, BUT he is the most selfish one also..........no team spirit.... So keep counting guys......Laker will NEVER win a championship untill they have Kobe................ Basketball or any game needs a team spirit for consistent winning....not a one selfish guy to win few games with some magical shots

That's my team!! Go Suns! Only seven NBA teams have come back from a 3-1 deficit to win a best-of-seven series. Five went on to win the championship. - http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=260504013 Go Suns!! See ya next season Lakers, and of course Laker fans too.
