Hello, I applied for TPS registration in November 2023, and as of March 17th, my case is still pending. For those who applied for TPS in November, have you received your EAD yet?

Tps will never get terminated. There hasn’t been a single TPS that has been terminated. Example Salvadorans TPS granted at march 9 2001 until now 2025.So don’t expect any future president candidate having power to change law without bipartisanship support from both parties.

Hello All ! Since TPS is pending for most of the folks in our TPS community, has some one applied for advance parole during this time? If you have, any update would be very helpful.

My Advance parole is pending since 8 months try to make service request but shows my application is currently under processing times so inquiry cannot be made at this time no luck at all.

I started this post in March, and now it's August. It seems that only a few people have received updated EAD cards or advance parole documents. At this point, I’ve lost hope of any updates will come through. With the TPS EAD set to expire in March 2025, it's crucial that they extend TPS before the election.

If anyone with pending re-registration(probably sabai re-registration pending cha jasto cha) debating on whether to apply for travel document, i would suggest to apply sooner rather than later. Even though NSC says processing time of 4.5 months, seems like it is not true for our cases from what i have seen. My previous AP filed on 2022 took Nine Months. I believe ShreeRaam bro confirmed his took Nine months as well. similar to Raj11 my I-131 has been pending since December and crossing my fingers that it gets adjudicated in next couple of weeks. @Raj11 - if it doesn't let you submit a case inquiry online , call USCIS @1800-375-5283 (say INFOPASS to bypass AVR to get connected to agent directly), They can open an inquiry for you (Hunay ta khi hoina but still if you want to)

Ahile travel document nagare huncha. Uscis le approve garda minimum pani April huncha. 2 mahina ko lagi travel document lera k garnu. Baru November tira garyo bhane yedi TPS extend bhayo bhane tyo extension ko time samma aaucha. Just my opinion only.

I have tried make case inquiry through Emma chat several times on my pending I-131 but they told me they cannot do it on my behalf no luck at all I thinking to get some help from local senator hopefully get some positive response.

Garo cha .. It's already mid-September. There is no update on the TPS renewal application. It's pending since Nov 2023 for me. My travel authorization recently expired, too. If I send in a paper application for a Travel Permit, how likely will I get it before March 2025? Any timelines on when the govt will extend TPS, will it be before the election?

I have Applied my Advance Parole on December 22 2023 and still pending i make service request through senator in NJ and got email from USCIS that i will reply in 30 days now its almost 3 weeks and still response from USCIS yet i completely give up.

Is it okay to travel with emergency advance parole while re-registration for tps is still pending? I know TPS is expiring in june 2025 but we had to re-register and it’s not approved yet. I need to travel but wanna be on the safe side. Any suggestions?
