Moti means a fat lady in general but Moti also means the 'pearl'- an affectionate way of showing one's love, dear !

Nepal is male centric society so in general men do not have the decency to be considerate to their wives. They expect sexual gratification on demand and bitter comments to demoralize when they feel they deserve someone better. This is mostly true of older generation in kathmandu but people outside of ktm still have that mentality.
