The SC has banned smoking in all public places from today. How can this be enforced? What will the punishment be if you light up? Is it a good idea in a place where tourists visit?

it was high time
i have nothing against smokers but it is a known fact that smoking is bad and second hand smoke is the same why harm others for ones pleasure.
