I am trying to fill the application for the canada as a skilled workers and gone to the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp  a couple of time but i cant see the application form to be submittted for it in a regular application process . Can anybody help me ? what are the documents to be submited at first ? I have heard that the documents should be submittted after they ask for it ,is it true?

and about the FBI report, is it to make before they ask or we can make it and submit when they ask ,also heard the report expire after certain month.

can a nybody give step by step procedures for applying skilled workers  in regular application procedure  in canada?

FBI report takes longer time than usual. It takes at least 5-6 months.You submit your FBI before Canadian PR application. Then, later on, they will ask for it to submit after couple of month, then u can submit. If others have good suggestion, welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you are in canada or USA and submitting at buffalo, you have to submit a complete package
other than that, submit the completed forms with required fees and they will ask for the documents later on when they start to process your file

the guide in the application kit and www.cic.gc.ca is the simplest step by step thing that i can think of to start with.

the things to be submitted while doing the live scan for the FBI report is the "live scan application" which it says that the requesting  agency provide the application .From where can i find the application?
