I am travelling from USA to Nepal via with one-week stop over in UK. I heard that I can take two luggages from US but in UK, I am allowed only one luggage. Since my original departure airport allows two luggages, can I still take two luggages through UK? Does anybody have any experience on this issue?

nepalionline ji,
I had bad experience in London airport on my way to NY from KTM. They allow only one hand carry, not even laptop or small bag. I wore one sweater two jackets over stuffed my luggage with cloths, laptop and all other things. After all that hassle we threw almost $ 200 worth of cloths in garbage. We also miss a connecting flight; luckily there is AA flight every two hours so we were put in the next flight. Funny thing is that we went through same route, we carried two small luggage and two hand bags on our way to KTM, easily. So be prepared
