i didn't read all but what feel is there is no श्रम शोषण at all because they are not forcing you to work for less pay. If you don't like and if you feel like they are doing श्रम शोषण then just quit the job and find another one where there is no श्रम शोषण. kaam pani dinu ani श्रम शोषण garyo bhanne arop pani lagnu ...its kinda maosit behaviour. you should say they are helping in tough time

Hi all
I do agree with FreeH1B. We nepali people always feel proudy whenever we can misuse the rule. We never try to think before leaving our country we may not get job, what we will do and how can we survive if we do not get job. we need to think before we leave our country. No experience, no any technical skill, no qualification, student visa paune bitikai paisa kamaune bhanyo ayo ani kam payena, ghar paisa pathauna payena bhanera gunaso. Business is for profit so they try to spend less and earn more. You should have bargain power to get more salary.
It does not mean I disrespect to those nepali who are in UK and struggling for their job. What I am trying to say is unless you have some bargaining power you need to struggle and you have no choice.

I agree with the responses some of you have written here. I see no need of reading the article though. I ask this topic originator to show the British how a modern day Nepali as opposed to the valiant Gurkhali can do-STRIKE IN THE BRITISH ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS-as we the Nepalese students are the champion of students strikes in Nepal-serving the orders of the political masters. Wherever a Nepali goes, there goes the strike, South Korea, Malaysia etc., I do not know where else to go looking for RIGHTS. I am not sure who is going to give the RIGHTS. It is a shame to think with the politically infected mind as we have seen the academic institutions are paralyzed in Nepal by the so callled students unions-cheap and dirty politics designed to serve their political master rather than to serve the interests of the students. This topic is the product of that mind reflecting that we do not take responsibility ourselves, rather find somebody to blame-because our politicians and parents have spoiled us! STRIKE,COMPLAINS,CHAKKA JAMS, FISTS FIGHTS ETC BRING EVERYTHING ONCE WE DEMAND! Look at yourself bro before making a complain!
