I can start from my side. I have seen lots of my frens who joined in this particular consultancy and get frustrated. I don’t recommend this particular consultancy….

you can transfer ur H1 B visa to a different consultancy...some consulting company which is big and established. they can hold ur visa till 6 months even if you are not placed.

Any one have any suggestion...?

Dhotiko ji. Please try to change the consultancy. Arko consultancy le H1b transfer gardincha. Ani if you are not able to get placed for a long time also you can make an agreement. I have seen few people who are paying their visa fee themselves (in the case they were not able to get job for long time) and the consultancy sponsoring their H1b. I was in one consultancy, it is a bit better than others in many cases, you can try there. They provide good accomodation and food, u can transfer there. I had seen one guy staying there for abt 1 year and the consultancy still helping him but he used to pay that visa fee himself. The website of the consultancy is www.amsolinc.com.
