Aalu, nice.  Hang in there buddy as MSFT is a great and reputable place to be.  Will work wonders when you decide to move elsewhere (as you make the most gains in salary when you switch companies...Typically a 5% raise is what you'd get, but on jumping ship to the competitors, the raise could go up by atleast 30- 50%.  Depends on what you currently make).  Just keep building the resume and ktaking on and mastering your skills there.  All the best bro.
