Dear All, I came here last 2 years ago, having B1 visa; and changed status after 3 months into F1. Now, I am studying in Health Care in MMG graduate. The resion to ask your advice for this: My wife had applied for F-2 ( dependent visa) two times but rejected. At the first time visa councelor said It was not lawfull to change the status, thats why could not issue for the F-2 visa. So, In this situation, is any possibilities to call Spouse? If any helpful advice would be highly appreciated ! Thanks... hopefind@live.com
