i used to have tmobile for 6 years, had lots of signal issues, then moved to at&t with 2 yrs contract. it was even worse, a real nightmare. then i switched back to tmobile. now they have improve a lot.I am happy with their service. plus they have 49.99 talk unlimited with no contract option(real deal). tmobile customer service is very good where as at&t doesn't even have 24 hrs customer support available.

This question is with T-mobile employee.

If you don't pay the bill at all and you have a bill of $1100 on the account what action will T-mobile take to get the money or T-mobile will just leave the customer and send him to collections??

I dont' know why you need nepali working in Tmobile or ATT, is it that you have unpaid bills on both the cellular service peoviders.

Anyway, Tmobile will put the collection agency after you and they will also report to the credit rating agencies about the default on the bill.
The wise thing to do in your case is to negotiate with the customer service manager. Call them and let them know your situation, in most circumstance they will be able to lower the total amount to your's satisfaction, given that you're still their customer.

I dont' work for t-mobile but I have t-mobile and once called t-mobile when my text use went unexpectedly high (I normally don't use text), I called them and they put the text plan for that month, so I just had to pay like $5 for that month for text usage, otherwise I'd have been paying a lot more than that.

T -Mobile service and network is ever worst than AT&T. I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T. It's much better than T-Mobile.

ok so what if T-mobile doesn't have my social security. Can they send me to collecting agency without social security number?

That's a ridiculous bill! Is it for one month? If so, you should negotiate and it should come down to $100-$200. If that's a bill for a whole year or something which is unlikely as they would cut it off, then your credit will be affected and probably the record will stay for 7 years.

You simply can't stop that Nepali-ness in you, can you? What's the point trying to help a crook who does not want to pay his bill. Remember, you and your ancestor foocked Nepal by doing the same thing  and now you want to do the same in somebody else house. You think you're helping a Nepali brother in need? You're simply helping him to be more crooked and corrupt.
Pick up the phone and make a deal to cut a deal or pay the whole thing.
Enough of this...let him deal himself.
